This is one of those weddings that just speaks to my soul! Everything about their day was exactly my type of style. Dan and Christine got married at this really cute campgrounds in the Poconos among all their closest family and friends this fall. Most of their guests had camped out at the grounds so everyone was close by.
They had lawn games set up prior to the ceremony and everyone gathered to watch their intimate wedding officiated by Dan’s brother. After they said I do, Dan and Christine drove off in Dan’s classic truck. They had previously gone and scoped out an area for portraits and they did an amazing job at picking the perfect place for family, bridal party, and bride and groom photos! The lighting was perfection that day and the tall trees alongside the creek just made for the most epic backdrop.
After pictures Dan and Christine arrived at their reception on the campsite under a white tent adorned with string lights. They had an awesome band playing all night under the stars while guests danced on a huge rug. The couple made sure to incorporate what they loved throughout their wedding like making their camper into a bar for the night, bringing their other vintage truck for decor, and of course their beloved dogs were a part of the day!
The whole night was super laid back and full of laughter and fun. I also think that they might have come up with the next best wedding idea. Instead of doing the traditional sparkler exit they danced to Slide by the Goo Goo dolls sung by the band and surrounded by all their friends and family holding sparklers around them. I gotta say it was definitely a romantic moment!
